AFI offers 6.19 two-year fix

Abbey for Intermediaries (AFI) has launched a new 90% LTV mortgage product.

It is a two-year fix at 6.19% with a £599 fee. It is available with the Homebuyer Solution, which offers a free basic mortgage valuation and £250 cashback on completion.

AFI has also cut the fee on its three-year fix at 90% LTV to £495. The product has a rate of 6.89% and also comes with the Homebuyer Solution.
