AFI makes rate cuts

Abbey for Intermediaries (AFI) has made a number of rate reductions in its mortgage range.

Rates have been reduced by 0.11% on two-year tracker at 75% LTV, now 2.98% (BBR + 2.48%) with a £995 fee, available to remortgagers.

Rates have been reduced by 0.11% on two-year tracker at 75% LTV, now 2.98% (BBR + 2.48%) with a 1% fee, available to remortgagers.

Rates have been reduced by 0.11% on three-year tracker at 75% LTV, now 3.20% (BBR + 2.70%) with a £495 fee, available to remortgagers.

All of the above products come with the Remortgage Solution, which offers a free basic mortgage valuation, and either free legals or £250 cashback on completion.
