AFI makes rate changes

Abbey for Intermediaries (AFI) is changing rates on selected fixed and tracker products, including its flexible offset product.

The lender is also capping the maximum loan amount for its flexible offset product at £550,000.

It is also withdrawing selected products, including:

* Two-year fixed rate, Homebuyer and remortgage at 85% LTV, with no fee
* Three-year fixed rate, Homebuyer and remortgage at 60% and 75% LTV, with no fee
* Three-year fixed rate, remortgage at 85% LTV, with no fee
* Loyalty, three-year fixed rate, remortgage at 85% LTV
* Five-year fixed rate, Homebuyer and remortgage at 75% and 85% LTV with no fee
* Two-year tracker, remortgage at 85%

Full applications on amended and withdrawn products must be received by midnight tonight, in order to secure a booking on these products.
