Abbey for Intermediaries (AFI) has made changes to its product range.
Its two-year fixed rate at 60% LTV, for both core and remortgage ranges, is now priced at 2.89%.
It comes with a £995 fee.
The rate is available to new customers with effect from 2 December 2011.
