AFI makes changes to mortgage range

Abbey for Intermediaries (AFI) has changing selected rates and fees on its fixed rates and two-year tracker rates.

The lender is also launching a new Loyal Mover two-year tracker, at 2.64% with a £495 fee.

AFI is also withdrawing the following products: four-year fixed rate, homebuyer and remortgage, 70% LTV, 3.49% with a £995 fee Loyal Mover two-year tracker at 80% LTV, 3.19% with a £495 fee three-year tracker, homebuyer, 70% LTV, 2.89% with a £995 fe- and three0year tracker, remortgage, 70% LTV, 3.14% with no fee.

The charge end dates, benefit end dates and completion deadlines on AFI’s full range will move on one month and all the product codes will be replaced on its fixed rate products.
