AFI makes changes to criteria

Abbey for Intermediaries is tomorrow (11 May) introducing a minimum loan size of £25,000 on its two-year fixed and tracker no fee remortgage products at 60% and 75% LTV.

The Santander brand says it is also aligning the maximum new build LTVs for standard residential mortgages for all borrowers to 85% for new build houses and 75% for new build flats.
