AFI cuts rates and unveils seven-day deal

Abbey for Intermediaries (AFI) has launched another ‘seven day special’, available exclusively through all Key Accounts.

It has also cut rates again across its range.

AFI’s new seven day special is a two-year fix with a rate of 2.49% and a £995 fee, available up to 75% LTV to both homebuyers and remortgagers. The product has a maximum loan size of £1 million and is available until close of business on Thursday 7 March.

The intermediary lender is also cutting rates on selected products across its range and the new deals include:

  • Two-year fix at 75% LTV with a rate of 3.49% and no fee
  • Three-year fix at 70% LTV with a rate of 2.64% and a £995 fee
  • Three-year fix at 70% LTV with a rate of 3.29% and no fee
  • Five-year fix at 75% LTV with a rate of 3.39% and a £995 fee
  • Five-year fix at 75% LTV with a rate of 3.79% and no fee

All of the above products are available to homebuyers and remortgagers and come with either the Homebuyer or Remortgage Solution respectively. The Homebuyer Solution offers a free standard mortgage valuation and £250 cashback on completion, while the Remortgage Solution offers a free standard mortgage valuation, and either free legals or £250 cashback on completion.
