AfI cuts fixed rates

Abbey for Intermediaries has cut the rates on its two and five-year fixed mortgages.

The five-year fixed rate has been reduced to 5.25% (previously 5.44%). It is available up to 75% LTV with a £799 fee available to all homebuyers.

The two-year fixed rate product is available exclusively to existing current account customers and has been reduced to 3.19% (previously 3.29%). It is available up to 70% LTV with a £995 fee for purchase including the Homebuyer Solution (free valuation and free legals).
