AFI adds 10-year fix to range

Abbey for Intermediaries AFI

Abbey for Intermediaries (AFI) is tomorrow, 14 June, launching a new 10-year fixed rate mortgage.

It is priced at 3.94% and comes with a £995 fee.

The maximum loan size is £1 million.

It comes with the added benefit of either the Homebuyer or Remortgage Solution.

The Homebuyer Solution offers borrowers a free standard mortgage valuation and £250 cashback on completion, while the Remortgage Solution offers a free standard mortgage valuation, and either free legals or £250 cashback on completion.
