Adviser Office 8.1 released

Published on

1st Exchange & N4 has released version 8.1 of its back office software, Adviser Office.

This is the third release of Adviser Office this year and includes over 230 improvements.

Adviser Office 8.1 includes an update to Employer Services, focussing on improvements to existing information, new features, a ‘re-broking wizard’ and client request functionality.

1st Exchange & N4 says the majority of the new functionalities result from its ongoing client consultation programme, incorporating roadshows, forums and user groups.

Karen MacKenzie, desktop product manager, 1st Exchange & N4, said: “We continue to engage with our clients and are committed to enhancing Adviser Office in line with our clients’ needs. We employ a voluntary upgrade process so a sure sign we are getting it right is when our clients demand the new version. We have seen a trend over the last few version releases for more clients to choose to upgrade.”””
