Advise Wise offers ‘instant KFI’ on Just products

Published on

Advise Wise has added its ‘instant KFI’ feature to its Just For You lifetime mortgage offering.

The feature is already available for all Pure Retirement products.

Advise Wise members can now request a KFI for Just’s lifetime mortgage products in three clicks, with no need to re-key information, and download the KFI within seconds directly from the Advise Wise Platform.

Once the adviser submits the KFI request, the illustration is generated via an API link with Just. An email confirmation is sent to the adviser, who can download the KFI. The Advise Wise CRM system stores the illustration, providing brokers with an audit trail for each of their clients.

Jonathan Thirkill (pictured), CEO of Advise Wise, said: “We’ve worked with Just, our launch sponsor, in order to connect our platform to their system to generate instant illustrations for our members. And we’re now pleased to make the Instant KFI feature available for Just product range, whilst we increase the number of plans where advisers can request and download the KFI in less than a minute.

“During these unprecedented times, our focus is always on supporting advisers and making things as simple as possible. Technology is a great resource for the industry and it’s helping us make the product sourcing more efficient, as we aim to ultimately streamline and simplify the advice process.”

Matt Pheasey, director of intermediated distribution at Just, added: “We are delighted to extend the Instant KFI feature to our Just For You lifetime mortgage range – evidence that the later life lending market continues to work together successfully to support advisers.

“Our Just For You lifetime mortgage range was designed specifically to help advisers create a tailored solution for their clients’ needs and includes the sector’s first ever green lifetime mortgage introduced earlier this year.  This next evolution in our partnership with Advise Wise makes it even easier for advisers to share the flexibility and benefits of our range with their clients.”
