Adrian Moloney, group intermediary director at OSB Group, has been appointed to the board of InterBay, the group’s specialist commercial and semi-commercial lender.

Moloney (pictured) joined OSB Group in December 2015, taking on the role of group sales director in 2020 and became group intermediary director at the beginning of 2022, unifying the intermediary sales leadership which brought together Precise Mortgages, Kent Reliance for Intermediaries and InterBay.

Jon Hall, group managing director, mortgages and savings, OSB Group, said: “I am delighted that Adrian has been appointed to this important role. InterBay is a very strong business for OSB Group with an impressive reputation.

“Adrian’s drive and experience will help him lead InterBay’s future development and cement its position as a trusted specialist lender in the commercial and semi-commercial sector.”

Moloney added: “I’m honoured to be joining the InterBay Board and looking forward to developing and enhancing the end-to-end InterBay customer experience for brokers and their clients.

“Growing my relationships with InterBay intermediaries will be central to my role with the board and I’ll be spending time listening to the particular needs of borrowers and intermediary partners in the commercial and semi-commercial market sub sectors to establish how best to support these areas.”
