Adam Tyler has been appointed as director of intermediaries at Black & White Bridging.

He will lead new business development specialist at the short-term national lender.

Tyler (pictured) has spent over 30 years in commercial finance and over 18 years looking after commercial finance brokers. He joins Black & White after setting up and running the specialist property finance industry trade body FIBA (Financial Intermediary & Brokers Association) over the past five years. More recently, he has been instrumental in setting up the industry qualification, the Certified Practitioner in Specialist Finance (CPSP) and will continue to monitor its progress and development.

Tyler said: “My background was in the specialist property lending space and having been a broker before this and also during recent times, I am looking forward to using my experience and contacts to help the business expand further.

“As a lender, Black & White has shown itself to be innovative and forward thinking and is destined to become one of the premier lenders in the industry

Damien Druce, commercial director at Black & White, added: “We are delighted to have Adam on board. His experience will be invaluable in developing our proposition and taking it to the intermediary market, as we continue to expand our offering.

“It is an exciting time as Black & White continues its expansion with Adam’s appointment being the first of three appointments that we will be announcing this month.”
