Accord offers broker online review service

Published on

Accord Mortgages has introduced a new online review generator with the aim of helping brokers to grow their business through positive client endorsements.

The free tool allows brokers to quickly create a personalised email they can send to their customers inviting them to leave a review across their online channels including Google, Facebook and TrustPilot.

It is part of the free Accord Growth Series, to provide practical help and solutions to brokers who want to increase and retain their client base.

Jeremy Duncombe, director of intermediary distribution at Accord Mortgages, said: “Reputation is everything. Whether going on holiday or booking a restaurant, people want to know how other people rate the service first and this is the same when it comes to looking for a broker.

“Online reviews have a number of great benefits for businesses – they provide independent validation, give you credibility and create a noise around your brand which will help you stand out from the competition.

“At Accord we passionately believe in empowering brokers to grow their businesses. Our online review generator provides a free, quick and easy way of connecting with your clients and encouraging them to leave a positive endorsement.”
