Accord adds three-year deals to offering

Accord Mortgages has added a number of 75% LTV three year fixed mortgages to its range.

These new deals from the intermediary lending subsidiary of Yorkshire Building Society start at a3.19% with £995 fees.

Other three year fixed products are available with various incentives including free legal assistance, free valuations and cashback on completion.

The new range includes offset versions, the products are fully portable and allow for overpayments of up to 10%.

“The flattening of market funding costs across term length has created an opportunity for us to introduce a new range of three year fixed rate mortgages and expand our portfolio of products,” said Martin McIntosh, Accord’s product manager.

“These new three year fixed rate mortgages will offer customers the choice of fixing their mortgage for an additional year for a very similar overall price to our existing two year products.”
