Abbey in loyalty reward initiative

Published on

Abbey for Intermediaries (AfI) has launched a ‘Loyal Mover’ proposition, with the introduction of a range of no fee, two year fixed and tracker mortgages for those customers who are looking to move home but stay with Abbey.

The new deals include a two-year, 75% LTV, tracker mortgage at 2.99% with no booking fee (including the Homebuyer solution) and a two-year, 75% LTV, fixed rate mortgage at 4.24% with no booking fee (including the Homebuyer solution).

If a customer has less than six months remaining until the product expiry date, they can take any product from the current new business range and AfI will waive the ERC if they borrow at least the same amount as their existing mortgage balance.

Adrian Whittaker, key accounts director at Abbey for Intermediaries, said: “We are one of the only lenders to offer this range of products. We are keen to remind customers that loyalty can have its benefits when moving home. Our new proposition is based on the idea that homebuyers don’t have to move lenders to get the best mortgage deal.”””
