95% LTV deal unveiled

Whitehot property is offering up to 95% LTV mortgages on over £14 million worth of its property stock.

The firm is the UK’s largest seller of chain free properties, which includes repossessions, probate and part-exchanged properties.

The 95% mortgage offer is aimed to help encourage first time buyers into the property market and help home movers find an affordable new property.

With the average price for these properties at £105,000, a buyer would need just over £5,000 for a deposit.

Also, many of these properties come with fixed conveyancing legal fees of £299.
