Century 21 has announced plans to open four new offices in and around Glasgow over the coming months.

The four new offices will be in Kirkintilloch, Shawlands, Motherwell and Cumbernauld.

The move is part of the estate and letting agency franchisor’s strategy to develop its presence and its brand across the UK.

As well as the growth delivered by this expansion around Glasgow, Century 21 has also announced the opportunity for an additional 15 new franchisees to join the business across Central and Western Scotland. It is actively looking for interested parties in these areas and is hopeful of announcing further expansion over the coming months.

Rob Clifford, chief executive of Century 21 UK and group commercial director of Shepherd Direct Group, said: “These are extremely positive developments to announce in our Scottish business. We see this as a real opportunity to accelerate growth in the west of Scotland after a period of relative under investment in the region and thereby contributing to our reputation and brand awareness across the UK.”
