3mc website allows criteria comparison

Published on

3mc has improved the functionality of its website, now letting brokers compare and contrast the criteria of all lenders on its panel in three steps.

Brokers can now use a set of filters to view and compare the different criteria for buy-to-let, specialist buy-to-let, residential and bridging lenders. Brokers can either review specific criteria of two or more lenders, or look at a lender’s full range of criteria.

Doug Hall, director of 3mc, said: “Selecting mortgage products is no longer a case of simply choosing the lowest rate. When it comes to specialist lending, buy-to-let and bridging, criteria often determine if a specific application will be successful or not.

“Our interactive system not only enables brokers to compare and contrast criteria as their first priority, but they can also e-mail and/or print the results (which will show the filters used) and keep them on file for compliance purposes.”
