3mc unveils bridge/remortgage combo deal

Published on

3mc has launched an exclusive mortgage deal backed by both Aldermore Commercial Mortgages and Precise Mortgages.

The deal, which is designed for buy-to-let investors, combines a standard bridge from Precise Mortgages with a remortgage ‘exit’ via Aldermore Commercial Mortgages.

Both are processed concurrently by 3mc utilising the same valuer for both lenders.

Doug Hall, director of 3mc, said: “As the vanilla buy-to-let market continues to grow and develop so does the specialist buy-to-let market. Both Aldermore Commercial Mortgages and Precise Mortgages are very much focussed on the intermediary market.””
