3mc to offer ‘specialist prime’ for FTBs

National mortgage distributor and packager 3mc has will be distributing the new first time buyer range from group.

Igroup announced yesterday a number of criteria and rate changes including the addition of a new first time buyer range for specialist prime customers.

Mark Snape, secured sales director at GE Money Home Lending, said: “We are delighted 3mc has enthusiastically welcomed the changes to our product range. As the mortgage market shows gradual signs of recovery we thought it the right time for some targeted changes
