Axis Bank UK markets a range of buy-to-let mortgage products for:

  • Experienced landlords with 3 or more rental properties
  • Individual investors & limited companies
  • HMOs with up to 6 bedrooms
  • Multi-units on one title
  • Holiday lets
  • Expats

3mc will provide brokers with a full packaging service and brokers will receive a procuration fee of 0.45% on all completed deals.

Doug Hall, director of 3mc, said: “We’re delighted to have been appointed by Axis Bank and are looking forward to helping them build their brand in the UK intermediary mortgage market over the coming months.

“It’s exciting to welcome a new lender to the specialist buy-to-let market and I’m pleased to confirm that the 3mc processing fee on all Axis Bank applications received in July and August is being reduced to just £95.”

Andrew Ferguson, Head of Buy-to-Let Mortgages at Axis Bank, said: “3mc has a justly deserved reputation for offering a high quality service and I know that the team at 3mc will provide brokers with all the support they require when submitting applications to Axis Bank.”
