There is a 0.5% procuration fee and a £95 reduced 3mc processing fee.

Doug Hall, director of 3mc, said: “We’re delighted to be one of only a few distributors to have access to Paragon’s Premier range of buy-to-let mortgages, which offer brokers and their clients not only access to highly competitive fixed and tracker rates but also accommodating criteria.”

Moray Hulme, head of sales at Paragon, said: “3mc has developed a strong reputation for the quality of service it provides and we’re looking forward to working with Doug and the team over the coming months.”
