Vida Homeloans joins Master Private Finance panel

Published on

Mortgage/protection network JLM Mortgage Services’ specialist mortgage desk, Master Private Finance, has added Vida Homeloans to its lender panel.

JLM member firms can now access the range of specialist lending products offered by Vida Homeloans. In the residential sector, Vida offers mortgages to the self-employed, to those with impaired credit, and contractors/freelancers.

In the buy-to-let sector, Vida offers mortgages to landlords via limited companies, to professional/portfolio landlords, to expats investing in the UK, to those with impaired credit, and to those with smaller deposits, plus on HMO/multi-unit block properties.

Master Private Finance is a joint venture with Vincent Burch, owner of an appointed representative (AR) within JLM, and a specialist in this sector.

Jonathan Burridge, development director at JLM Mortgage Services, said: “As we continue to grow the Master Private Finance proposition for JLM network member firms, it’s important they have access to the top specialist lenders in the country.

“Vida Homeloans certainly fulfils this brief and has a lending policy focused on helping those residential borrowers who have non-mainstream needs or requirements, and in buy-to-let across the range of increasingly specialist needs that many landlords now have.

“Having a specialist lender like Vida on board, opens up a range of quality products and unique criteria that I’m certain our member firms will be keen to review, and to recommend to their clients. We look forward to working with the Vida team and helping expand its reach and offering amongst our advisers.”

Stewart Green, sales manager, south at Vida Homeloans, added: “We’re pleased to now be working with Master Private Finance. The team there will bring their extensive knowledge of how specialist lenders operate, and distribution through broker channels offering specialist products – giving them a unique position to place complex deals.

“For Vida, it’s important we partner with the best in the industry to help brokers get specialist cases off their desks. In some circumstances, specialist underwriting can be particularly complex, and we’re confident Master Private Finance will help in ensuring those borrowers get the right product solution suited to their individual needs.

“We look forward to working with Master Private Finance, boosting positive outcomes for brokers, their clients and the wider industry.”
