Mortgage distributor 3mc has become a member of Precise Mortgages Bridging Premier Panel.

Brokers can submit customers’ bridging applications for an immediate decision either directly to Precise Mortgages, ensuring 3mc is noted as the distributor, or 3mc will package the deal on behalf of the mortgage intermediary.

3mc is currently paying intermediaries a 1.5% procuration fee on all Precise Mortgages’ deals.

Director Doug Hall said: “Bridging facilities continue to be in strong demand and we’re delighted to be part of the Precise Mortgages Bridging Premier Panel. We’re looking forward to working with the Precise Mortgages team over the coming months.”

Gareth Lewis, director of bridging at Precise Mortgages, added: “I’m delighted to welcome 3mc to our Premier Panel and I have no doubt they will provide brokers with a high quality service and excellent support.”
