Police Mutual has chosen Mortgage Brain’s suite of mortgage technology solutions for its mortgage advisers.

The business, which trades under its two brands – Police Mutual and Forces Financial – is now using the Key, Mortgage Brain’s point-of-sale, compliance and CRM system, as its complete business management solution.

The Key will enable Police Mutual advisers to control and manage the entire mortgage process from initial contact and fact find through to product sourcing, client management and compliance reporting.

Police Mutual is also providing its mortgage advisers with the MortgageBrain Classic sourcing system.

Adam Smith, head of mortgages at Police Mutual, said: “Our team of mortgage advisers have developed a reputation for delivering a first class service to our members and customers and it’s imperative that we support them with the very best technology solutions available.

“We conducted a thorough review of the market and were hugely impressed with Mortgage Brain’s systems. The Key is widely regarded as the best point-of-sale and CRM solution available and Mortgage Brain’s sourcing systems remain the market leaders.

“We are delighted to be able to provide these systems to our advisers and look forward to developing our relationship with Mortgage Brain for many years to come.”

Mark Lofthouse, CEO of Mortgage Brain, said: “We’re delighted that Police Mutual has exclusively chosen our point-of-sale and mortgage sourcing solutions for their advisors. The features and capabilities offered by MortgageBrain Classic and the Key make them the most accurate and powerful systems in the industry, which will deliver real and substantial business benefits to Police Mutual and its mortgage advisers.”
