ONP sets new remortgage record

Published on

ONP solicitors processed more than 3,000 remortgage transactions on Monday 3 April, its busiest day of what it expects to be a very busy remortgage year.

People completing that day gave ONP an average TrustPilot score of 4.8 out of five.

This year more than 1.5 million five year fixed rate mortgages are reaching the end of their fixed period and expected to remortgage.

Nick Hale (pictured), CEO at ONP, said: “This record completion rate is an indication of what is to come this year. The fact that we are able to efficiently complete over 3,000 remortgages in a day is a reflection of the strategic decisions we have made this year to invest in the number and quality of case managers at ONP. It is also a testament to the dedication and hard work of those case managers, that they were happy and able to work in the way they did to ensure that everyone completed when they needed to.

“As the remortgage market is expected to see an almost unprecedented peak in volumes this year, ONP Group is well-prepared to serve clients across the country. Our success in breaking our daily remortgage record is just one example of our commitment to providing exceptional service to our partners.

“With the brilliant people we hire and our strategic investments in innovative technology, we are confident in our ability to meet the demands of the market and continue to grow as a company.”
