My Legal Club adds Holden Smith Law to Express Remortgage service

Published on

My Legal Club has extended its Express Remortgage service for mortgage brokers with the addition of Holden Smith Law Solicitors, a solicitors’ practice with four offices across Yorkshire.

Express Remortgage was launched for mortgage brokers in September 2021 to enhance customer service and increase the speed of conveyancing on fixed fee, variable fee, and cashback remortgage cases.

The service includes My Legal Club’s monitoring of each firm’s performance with a complimentary range of rewards and benefits.

Mortgage brokers can generate remortgage quotes for less than £165.00 inclusive of legal fees, VAT, and disbursements providing an alternative to free legals with a package suitable for all cashback remortgage offers.

The quickest digital sign-up was 19 minutes, and the quickest completions were within the same week from receipt of the initial sign-up pack.

Express Remortgage enables mortgage brokers to select the most appropriate sign-up process for their clients including digital-only sign-up firms, removing immediate delays, or more traditional solicitor firms who will email or post a sign-up pack out to the clients.

The service caters to standard remortgage, transfers of equity, let-to-buy, and Limited Company buy-to-let.

Sean Rogers, CEO of My Legal Club, said: “We are delighted with the feedback we have received from brokers and our integration with a network has delivered exceptional results for everyone involved. We are committed to ensuring remortgage cases complete as quickly as possible without sacrificing excellent service to the client along with updates and communication with brokers.

“Holden Smith Law tick every box and we are delighted to be partnering with their experienced remortgage team. The service provides brokers with the opportunity to earn additional income and delight clients across the full range of remortgage products.”
