New hire

MGM Advantage has created a new role of IT & change director and appointed David Bradley into the post.

He will report into Craig Fazzini-Jones, the retirement income specialist’s chief operating officer, and will be responsible for business change and delivering the IT required to support adviser portals, fund platforms, as well as develop MGM’s online propositions.

Bradley is joining from Newbold Consultants where he was responsible for various due diligence projects for private equity companies.

He spent eight years at Accenture, and was more recently change director at Direct Line Group and IT director at AEGON.

Fazzini-Jones said: “We have developed a track record for innovation and technology that helps us deliver cost-effective services to both advisers and their clients. David brings a huge amount of experience to the business and will head further development of our online proposition, ensuring portals and platforms are supported.”

Bradley added: “It is an exciting time to join a company which is going through a change programme and has identified IT as a key enabler. I look forward to working with colleagues to support the next stage of growth.”
