Keystone Property Finance unveils proprietary AI to streamline submissions

Published on

Keystone Property Finance has launched a new proprietary artificial intelligence system designed to enhance broker efficiency by automating the case submission process.

The lender’s in-house technology, which is exclusive to Keystone, allows brokers to bulk upload up to 50 documents to its portal. Once uploaded, the AI rapidly analyses the files and assigns appropriate labels and categories, significantly reducing the need for manual input.

The firm says the software not only improves operational speed but also cuts down on human error.

Compatible with a wide range of file types including PDF, Word, Excel and JPEG, the system can process commonly required documentation such as identification, income verification, tenancy agreements and valuation reports, Keystone says.

The AI software is accessible to all registered brokers and can be used multiple times throughout the lifecycle of a case.

Elise Coole, managing director at Keystone Property Finance, said the technology marks a continuation of the firm’s commitment to supporting intermediaries with practical tools that improve workflow.

“This AI-powered software reflects Keystone’s forward-thinking approach to support the broker community via efforts to facilitate a more efficient case application process,” she said.

“By embracing the power of this innovative technology, and combined with our specialist lending knowledge, we can deliver on our aim of saving brokers time when placing cases, enabling them to increase productivity and reach quicker, positive outcomes for their landlord clients.”
