Habito launches groundbreaking accelerator program for mortgage broker firms

Published on

Habito has launched an ‘accelerator’ program to support entrepreneurial mortgage broker firms looking to scale their businesses and prepare for a successful exit.

The initiative, an industry first, will provide selected firms with direct access to the expertise of Ying Tan (main picture), chief executive of Habito, and his leadership team.

Tan, known for his extensive experience in scaling businesses and executing high-profile exits, will offer strategic guidance to help participating firms navigate growth and M&A opportunities.

Participants will benefit from advanced technology, expert mentorship and an exclusive payment route.

LENDER PARTNERSHIPS

Habito’s proprietary tech platform is designed to streamline operations and enhance business efficiency while integration into the Habito Accelerator payment network includes partnerships with major lenders such as HSBC, Nationwide, NatWest, Barclays, Santander, Halifax and a range of specialist lenders.

The Habito Accelerator is set to launch with an inaugural cohort of just three firms and each will also receive expert mentorship and strategic advice from Ying Tan and senior leaders on scaling, exit planning as well as and mergers and acquisitions.

Tan said: “Scaling a mortgage brokerage is no easy feat. I know firsthand the challenges – and the rewards – of growing a business with an exit in mind.

“It’s a program designed to help ambitious mortgage broker firms scale, innovate, and build towards an exciting future.”

“That’s why we’re incredibly excited to launch the Habito Accelerator – a first-of-its-kind program designed to help ambitious mortgage broker firms scale, innovate, and build towards an exciting future.

“This is more than just an accelerator – it’s a partnership. With only three spots available, firms will get exclusive access to myself and Habito’s leadership team, along with our cutting-edge technology and strategic growth initiatives. We’ll share the tools, insights, and network to help take your brokerage to the next level.”

GAME-CHANGER

And he added: “The Habito Accelerator is a game-changer for mortgage broker firms looking to take their businesses to the next level.

“I am passionate about sharing the knowledge and resources that have helped me navigate the challenges of scaling a business.

“This initiative is not just about technology; it’s about fostering a community of driven entrepreneurs who are ready to innovate and excel in the mortgage market.”

Applications are now open and will close at the end of March.
