Finova Broker adds UnderwriteMe integration to expand protection capabilities

Published on

Finova Broker has integrated with UnderwriteMe’s Protection Platform, bolstering its CRM’s protection sourcing capabilities and offering mortgage and protection brokers greater flexibility when advising clients.

The move is designed to streamline access to a broader range of life and health protection products by enabling brokers to receive real-time underwriting decisions directly within the finova Broker CRM. According to the two firms, this will reduce delays, eliminate pricing surprises, and make it easier for advisers to embed protection into their advice process.

Mark Cracknell, commercial director at UnderwriteMe, said the new partnership comes at a critical time for the market, as brokers face growing pressure under Consumer Duty to ensure that clients are adequately protected.

“The protection gap remains a significant challenge in the UK market,” he said. “Our unique platform enables brokers to access real-time underwriting decisions, ensuring that rated clients receive accurate pricing upfront and avoid any unnecessary surprises later in the process.

“By integrating with finova Broker, we are making it even easier for brokers to embed protection into their advice process and deliver better outcomes for their clients.”

Finova Broker said the UnderwriteMe integration reflects its ongoing investment in digital tools that improve both client outcomes and intermediary efficiency.

“By streamlining the process and improving accessibility, brokers can better serve their clients, increase their revenue, and most importantly, ensure customers are fully protected.”
