DPT Monitoring Surveyors expands team and rebrands

DPT Monitoring Surveyors has strengthened its team with two new appointments and unveiled a refreshed brand identity, including a new website.

The firm, formerly known as TecCre8 Services, has rebranded to DPT Monitoring Surveyors to provide clearer alignment with its core activities in financial monitoring for property lenders.

The move accompanies a wider growth strategy that has seen the business secure relationships with several new lending clients over the past year.

Stephen Gill joins the company from Greenbox Interiors, where he held the title of director. He brings a broad range of experience encompassing surveying, valuing, estimating, programming and scheme management, and will take responsibility for overseeing new developments and large-scale construction projects.

Conor Lee also joins the team after graduating from Salford University with a 2:1 degree in building surveying. He will initially focus on delivering progress reports for light and medium works projects.

THE RIGHT PEOPLE

Tim Coulston, managing director of DPT Monitoring Surveyors, said: “Over the last 12 months the business has grown rapidly, mirroring the rise in small, medium and largescale property development projects taking place across the UK.

“With the increase in lending, whether short or term, risk mitigation and investment security become more important than ever and we need to be in a place to service all lenders and their clients with quick, accurate reporting.

“This means we need the right people, and Stephen and Conor are very welcome additions to our ever-growing team.”

DPT Monitoring Surveyors provides financial monitoring services for lenders across the UK, ensuring funds are allocated correctly and that development projects are advancing in line with agreed plans.

Its services include asset management, initial and progress reports, desktop auditing, and tailored financial monitoring across residential, semi-commercial, commercial, student accommodation and HMO sectors.
