Crystal Mortgages unveils larger loan proposition

Crystal Mortgages is offering a new, dedicated suite of larger loan investment products.

The Walsall-based firm is citing an increase in high-worth applications since the turn of the year.

Available from £750,000 to £10m, residential pricing starts from 4.20% above three-month Libor up to 75% loan-to-value (LTV) on residential dwellings, HMOs, student blocks and large portfolios.

Commercial pricing is available from 5.10% above three-month Libor up to 70% LTV on semi-commercial single properties, student cluster blocks and mixed portfolios.

All investment products are available nationwide and, as with all applications into Crystal Mortgages, will be assessed on a case-by-case basis to ensure best possible advice and terms.

Joe Breeden (pictured), managing director at Crystal Mortgages, said: “Since the turn of the year we have seen an upsurge in applications, and there has been a marked increase in larger loan requests which should rightfully carry their own dedicated product range.

“The larger loan rates are highly competitive and provided by a new challenger bank who look to offer products that are scarce within the marketplace. Working together we will successfully assist many who are being shunned and disregarded by the usual high street names.”
