Conveyancing distributor conveybuddy has added Birchall Blackburn Law to its growing panel of legal providers, as the business looks to scale its offering for advisers and clients across England and Wales.

The Manchester-headquartered law firm will handle all conveybuddy work from its city centre office, with partner Rachel Buckley acting as the dedicated point of contact for the partnership.

Birchall Blackburn, which traces its history back more than 70 years, has 200 staff across six offices in the North West including Chorley, Leyland, Morecambe, Preston and Southport. It supports thousands of home movers and remortgage clients annually, offering a technology-led approach with a strong emphasis on client communication and efficiency.

Founded in 2024, conveybuddy delivers a tech-enabled panel management platform covering sale, purchase, remortgage and survey cases.

Harpal Singh (pictured), chief executive at conveybuddy, said: “We are very pleased to welcome Birchall Blackburn Law to our panel, a law firm that members of the conveybuddy team know very well, and one which we have had a long and meaningful relationship with for many years.

“Birchall Blackburn Law bring an outstanding level of conveyancing knowledge, skills and experience, and we have total confidence that the team will deliver the excellent outcomes that advisers and their clients expect from conveybuddy.

“Rachel Buckley and her team understand what the modern consumer wants: speed, clarity and communication. They’re a perfect fit for what we are building.”

Buckley, partner at Birchall Blackburn, added: “It’s exciting to be working with conveybuddy. We know Harpal and the management team and how they operate.

“As a conveyancing law firm it’s important we work with partners who value our contribution and work with us to provide a robust service to brokers and their clients.

“Our team looks forward to building a long and successful partnership.”
