Clydesdale and Yorkshire Banks launch cashback offer

Clydesdale and Yorkshire Banks have launched another £1,000 cashback mortgage offer for homebuyers, as well as a series of new mortgage rates.

The new cashback offer is available across a range of new and existing fixed and variable rate mortgages for both first time buyers and those moving home.

Examples of £1,000 Cashback eligible mortgages:

Fee offer: 2 year fixed <=85% 2.99% £1000
Fee offer: 2 year fixed <=90% 3.59% £1000
Standard fee: 2 year fixed <=90% 3.29% £1000
Standard fee: 5 year fixed <=85% 3.49% £1000
Standard fee: 5 year fixed <=90% 3.99% £1000
First Time Buyer: 3 year fixed <=90% 3.59% £1000
First Time Buyer: 3 year fixed <=95% 4.89% £1000

The £1000 cashback offer is available for those borrowing between £75,000 and £999,999.

The new mortgage rates for both those moving and remortgaging include rates from 1.99%. Some products come with no arrangement fee and are available through branch and direct banking.

Steve Fletcher, head of Clydesdale and Yorkshire Banks Retail Network, said: “Following the success of the last offer we are delighted to once again be offering £1000 cashback on selected mortgages. This £1000 cashback offer and the new rates are clear examples of support for homebuyers, whether they are looking to buy their first home or take the step to the next rung.”
