Century 21 offers new franchise opportunity

Century 21 has unveiled a new franchise proposition.

The ‘Direct Agent’ franchise proposition will sit alongside its existing ‘Franchise Office’ model

The new facility allows individuals to run their own estate and letting agency business from home in their local area.

The direct agent model costs £3,250, which includes protected area, training academy, stationery and promotional material start up pack

The new model has been piloted since January and has seen four new direct Agents progress successfully within the Century 21 UK network

Payam Azadi , marketing director at Century 21, said: “It’s a well known fact that the majority of business now generated in via the online portals which gives a fresh approach to how traditional estate agents operate. Our new Direct Agents proposition fits in perfectly for individuals looking to get into the estate agency market but want to first to test the market and save themselves a large initial outlay.
