Cambridge exclusives for L&G club members

Published on

Legal & General Mortgage CLub has launched exclusives with the Cambridge Building Society.

Martyn Smith, head of mortgage products at Legal & General, said: “These deals have been priced very competitively and with the end date being January 2014, borrowers will get a good two years plus on these great rates when they complete. It is also pleasing to see more competition at higher LTVs.”

Mark Smitheringale, head of sales and marketing at The Cambridge Building Society, said: I am delighted that we can offer this exclusive to Legal & General Mortgage Club members.

“We are working hard to develop a competitive product range and bespoke case underwriting, to underpin our current growth strategy.

“Working closely with key brokers via Legal & General is evidence of our continued commitment to intermediaries.”
