Broker’s permissions revoked by FSA

The FSA has cancelled the permissions of Jim Fanning, trading as James Fanning Financial Services, of Scion House Stirling University Innovation Park, Stirling FK9 4NF.

The regulator says it took the decision because he failed to notify the FSA of a change in the address of his principal place of business.
