CRM SYSTEMS: 360 Lifecycle

360 Dotnet’s 360 Lifecycle provides a range of features to help advisers run a successful business and service clients. The system has been designed specifically for the intermediary market.

The system provides a CRM solution, fact find, client portal and integrated sourcing. Within its back office, 360 Lifecycle offers task management, MI & reporting, marketing, TCF questionnaire and accounts.

The aim for 2021 is to deliver as many efficiencies as possible and benefits to clients to streamline their ‘distance selling’ journeys. The ‘new normal’ has allowed its clients to extend their customer base geographically and 360 Lifecycle will support businesses by implementing e-signatures, EIDV/AML checks and Twenty7Tec’s Mortgage Apply.

360 Dotnet says it will continue to enhance its client fact find and build new tools within 360 Lifecycle such as an introducer portal. It will also work strategically with our partners to integrate solutions into the platform, including examples such as linking to credit report information and bank statement data.

In addition, 360 Lifecycle says it will integrate with Paymentshield and ULS this year.
